Key Responsibilities Analyze complex datasets to identify sales trends, evaluate field force productivity, and deliver actionable insights to sales leadership for strategic decision-making. Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence (BI) dashboards and CRM tools, ensuring smooth user adoption and data integrity across the sales division. Lead the quantitative modeling for sales target allocation and manage the end-to-end administration and calculation of the Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP). Conduct territory alignment exercises, workload analyses, and customer segmentation to optimize field force coverage and resource deployment. Drive the rollout of new SFE initiatives, sales tools, and methodologies, serving as the technical project lead for implementation. Conduct training programs for the field force on CRM systems, KPI metrics, and SFE processes, while acting as the escalation point for complex analytical queries.
