An HR Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. Key duties include collaborating with hiring managers, crafting job descriptions, managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and handling offer negotiations. They build employer brands and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases to find passive and active talent.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the process from identifying staffing needs to on-boarding.
- Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct phone screenings, and organize in-person/video interviews.
- Hiring Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements, prepare job offers, and negotiate salaries.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as a great place to work on job portals and social media.
- Compliance & Records: Ensure hiring processes are unbiased and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
