Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI, and KRA management. The candidate will be responsible for driving the performance appraisal process, employee performance tracking, goal setting, and supporting various HR operations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management System (PMS)
- Manage and administer the organization's PMS cycle.
- Coordinate annual, half-yearly, and quarterly performance reviews.
- Ensure timely completion of employee appraisals and performance evaluations.
- Maintain PMS records and performance documentation.
KPI & KRA Management
- Design, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) across departments.
- Work closely with department heads to define measurable goals and performance metrics.
- Track employee performance against established KPIs and KRAs.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to management.
Employee Performance & Development
- Conduct performance review discussions and feedback sessions.
- Identify training and development needs based on performance outcomes.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Facilitate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where required.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in policy implementation and compliance activities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate PMS reports, dashboards, and HR MIS reports.
- Present performance trends and analytics to management.
- Monitor departmental performance and recommend improvement strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PMS, KPI, KRA, and Performance Appraisal Systems.
- Experience in Performance Management and Employee Engagement.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HRMS and performance management tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PMS, KPI, and KRA management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in designing and implementing performance management frameworks.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to drive performance culture and employee accountability.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or corporate environments will be an added advantage.
Salary: 32K - 40K
