Techsol Engineers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Officer to manage Accounts Receivable, Collections, Vendor Management, Commercial Coordination, and Backend Operations. The role requires close coordination with Sales, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Customers to ensure seamless commercial execution, timely collections, and efficient business support.

Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely collection of payments.- Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and meetings regarding overdue invoices.
- Prepare aging reports and collection forecasts.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve invoice disputes and payment delays.
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection targets and reduction of overdue receivables.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.- Support cash flow planning through effective receivables management.
- Provide commercial and administrative support to Sales and Operations teams.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, finance, and project teams.
- Review commercial terms and conditions of customer and vendor agreements.
- Coordinate order processing and execution with internal stakeholders.
