CreditRight helps B2B businesses collect faster and plan working capital better. We work with companies that face delayed receivables, weak collections discipline, limited cash-flow visibility, and manual follow-ups across customers.
We are hiring a Founding Sales Executive to help build our early sales engine across Gujarat and Mumbai.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, speaking with finance teams, and building relationships in the market.
You will work closely with the founder to identify target accounts, run outbound, meet prospects, build channel relationships, and convert early customers.
This is not a desk-only role. You should be comfortable with direct sales calls, field visits, follow-ups, and regular travel.
Responsibilities
- Build targeted account lists by industry, city, ERP usage, turnover, and receivables pain
- Identify promoters, CFOs, finance heads, AR managers, and credit controllers
- Run outbound through phone, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, referrals, and in-person visits
- Meet business owners and finance teams to understand receivables, collections, and working capital issues
- Build relationships with CAs, ERP vendors, channel partners, and local business associations
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups and update sales activity regularly
- Work with the founder to improve pitch, messaging, lead quality, and conversion
- Support demos, customer onboarding, and early account relationships where required
Requirements
- 1–4 years of hands-on B2B sales, business development, or channel sales experience
- Comfortable selling to business owners, promoters, CFOs, and finance teams
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel regularly across Gujarat and Mumbai
- Ability to handle rejection, ambiguity, and early-stage startup pace
- Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, ERP, lending, collections, or financial services is preferred
- Existing relationships with CAs, ERP vendors, channel partners, or business associations are a plus, but not mandatory

Compensation
Fixed compensation + performance incentives + travel reimbursement. Final structure will depend on experience.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
