Job Summary
DFR Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job portals and social media.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
* Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
* Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
* 0–3 years of recruitment experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and Apna is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office.
