About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Content Writer to create engaging, informative, and high-quality content for our IT services and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience writing for software development, SaaS, AI, Cloud, Blockchain, or other technology domains and be able to turn complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality content for blogs, websites, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
- Create content around software development, AI, Cloud Computing, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, competitors, and customer challenges.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, design, and sales teams to develop relevant content.
- Develop case studies, client success stories, and thought leadership articles.
- Optimize content for SEO and improve content performance through best practices.
- Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content projects.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and content marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, or Technology companies.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B content marketing.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging and reader-friendly content.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience writing content for AI, Cloud, Blockchain, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Software Development services.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Experience creating content for international markets such as the US, UK, or Europe.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
