Job Summary
The Pickup & Drop Associate is responsible for providing vehicle pickup and delivery services for customers of the automobile service centre. The role involves safely collecting customer vehicles, transporting them to the service centre, delivering serviced vehicles back to customers, and ensuring a professional customer experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up customer vehicles from designated locations and deliver them safely to the service centre.
- Return serviced vehicles to customers on time and in excellent condition.
- Conduct a basic vehicle inspection before pickup and delivery, noting any existing damages, fuel level, and odometer reading.
- Complete and maintain vehicle pickup, delivery, and inspection documentation.
- Ensure customers sign the required handover and delivery forms.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and workshop team regarding vehicle schedules and delivery timelines.
- Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Keep customers informed about pickup and delivery status.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of assigned company vehicles, if applicable.
- Report accidents, traffic violations, delays, or vehicle-related issues immediately.
- Provide courteous, professional, and customer-focused service at all times.
- Assist with vehicle movement within the service centre when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
