Design and execute a digital marketing strategy that increases visibility, traffic, and engagement for the company’s web services and partner offerings through popular social media platforms, while implementing systematic follow-up to convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Promotion
- Develop and execute a multi-platform social media plan (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms relevant to B2B).
- Create content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, service launches, and industry events.
- Produce and post engaging, brand-aligned content:
- Short videos, service explainers, case study highlights.
- Industry insights, tips, and thought leadership articles.
- Partner service showcases with clear CTAs.
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding promptly to inquiries and comments.
- Run targeted paid ad campaigns to increase reach among decision-makers in related industries.
2. Lead Generation & Prospect Follow-Up
- Integrate social media campaigns with the company’s website lead capture tools.
- Manage and segment leads in a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Create and execute nurturing sequences via email, LinkedIn InMail, or other channels.
- Track prospect interactions and follow up consistently with relevant information and offers.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure timely conversion of qualified leads.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Set measurable KPIs: reach, engagement, clicks, leads generated, conversion rate.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific insights, CRM reports) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for optimisation.
4. Partner Service Alignment
- Coordinate with partner companies for content approvals and service updates.
- Highlight partner capabilities in a way that supports the overall brand strategy.
- Ensure messaging remains consistent across all channels.
Skills & Experience Required:
- At least 4+ years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing and social media management.
- Proven experience in logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing for corporate services.
- Experience in paid ad campaign management (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Skilled in content creation (graphic design basics, video editing, copywriting).
- CRM and marketing automation experience. Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing.
- Background in logistics, technology, or SaaS is a strong advantage.
Good to have skills:
- Ability to host and promote webinars with partners.
- Experience in SEO and blog content writing.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
