Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Complete joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee personnel files and records.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Attendance & Payroll
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shifts.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Maintain records of overtime and deductions.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory records.
- Assist in statutory audits and inspections.
- Prepare compliance-related reports and documentation.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in disciplinary actions and performance management processes
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
