The Executive – ERP & RERA Coordination will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate ERP data management across departments, coordinating RERA and legal compliance data, generating management reports, and supporting management in regulatory and compliance-related activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Coordination & Data Management
- Assist in completing and maintaining all backlog entries in the ERP system across departments including Engineering, Purchase, Liaison, Finance, and Administration.
- Monitor and ensure timely data entry by departmental teams in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with department heads to improve ERP data accuracy and completeness.
- Support ERP process compliance and drive adherence to organizational timelines.
- Generate and provide ERP-based MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports as required.
RERA Compliance Coordination
- Follow up with concerned departments for collection and consolidation of quarterly RERA data.
- Coordinate with consultants, project teams, and management for timely submission of RERA-related information.
- Maintain records and documentation related to RERA compliance and filings.
- Coordinate with management regarding RERA hearing schedules, notices, and related activities.
Legal & Compliance Coordination
- Follow up with departments for consolidation and maintenance of legal data and records.
- Ensure timely availability of documents and information required for legal and regulatory matters.
- Maintain trackers and status reports for legal and compliance activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in ERP coordination, MIS reporting, compliance coordination, or similar roles.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data management.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹12,425.19 - ₹57,141.68 per month
