We are looking for a Trainee who can handle both office drawing work and on-site construction supervision in Namakkal.
Salary & Commitment:
- Stipend/Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Final salary will be decided based on your basic skills during the interview).
- Important Condition: Candidates must commit to working with us for at least 6 months. Please apply only if you are okay with this timeline.
What you will do:
- Draw and modify construction plans using AutoCAD in the office.
- Go to the construction sites daily to supervise laborers and check progress.
- Deal with site materials, tracking stock, and reporting everyday progress to management.
Requirements:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Drafting.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in structural drafting and on-site construction supervision.
