Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented individuals to join our Sales Team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and promoting BIGBLOC's range of building material products among contractors, builders, architects, consultants, dealers, and distributors.
Freshers with a B.Tech/B.E. or MBA qualification and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant building material sales experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, consultants, dealers, and distributors to generate sales.
- Promote and explain product features, benefits, and applications to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market surveys and gather information on competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity reports.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility CriteriaFreshers
- B.Tech / B.E. (Civil, Mechanical, Construction, or related field) OR MBA (Marketing/Sales)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
- Passion for sales and business development.
Experienced Candidates
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Material Sales.
- Experience in products such as:
- AAC Blocks
- Tile Adhesive
- Putty
- Block Fix
- Marble
- Granite
- Stone
- Ceramic
- Pipes
- Fiber Cement Boards
- Gypsum Boards
- Sandwich Panels
- Bison Panels
