- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence (TI).
- Configure and customize security incident workflows including detection, triage, investigation, response, and remediation.
- Implement and manage Vulnerability Response processes, including vulnerability ingestion, prioritization, and remediation tracking.
- Integrate ServiceNow with security tools such as SIEM (Splunk, QRadar), vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable), and threat intel platforms.
- Configure automated playbooks and orchestration workflows for incident response and threat mitigation.
- Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Enable Threat Intelligence integration to identify, analyze, and respond to emerging threats.
- Implement and manage CMDB integration to correlate assets with security incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Create and maintain security dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for monitoring risk posture and response metrics.
- Collaborate with security teams to define and implement best practices and compliance standards.
- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance security workflows and automation.
