About the Role
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Associate Customer Support professional to join our customer service team. In this role, you will assist Japanese-speaking customers, resolve inquiries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Fresh graduates and candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and provide prompt resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams as required.
- Stay updated on process changes, policies, and operational updates.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and best practices.
- Maintain high standards of attendance, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Support additional operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in Japanese.
- JLPT certification (N1/N2 preferred).
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in Ecommerce, Customer Support, Contact Center, or BPO operations is preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Graduate, diploma holder, or equivalent work experience.
- Fresh graduates with strong Japanese language skills are welcome to apply.

Education:
- High School Graduate: Requires at least 7~8 years of working experience.
- Vocational College Graduate: Requires at least 4~5 years of working experience.
- University Graduate/ To be Graduated in 2026: No working experience will be acceptable.
Salary range:
RM 8k to 10k basic (depending upon CS experience) + RM 500 transportation allowance + Shift allowance
Work mode:
Full time office mode
Working days/hours: Rotational shift (Morning and afternoon) (Shift allowance applicable for afternoon shift)
Shifts: 8AM-17PM/9AM-18PM/13PM-22PM/15PM-24AM MYT

Hiring approach:
