Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting daily HR operations and administrative activities of the organization. The role includes recruitment coordination, attendance management, payroll support, statutory compliance, employee relations, office administration, and maintaining HR records to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, and labour laws.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, induction, and exit procedures.
- Manage office administration, housekeeping, travel, and facility coordination.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and confidential HR records.
- Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and support day-to-day administrative operations.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports as required by management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
