Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth across the Delhi region. The candidate will be responsible for expanding distributor networks, onboarding retailers, increasing market penetration, and building strong relationships with wholesalers, kiryana stores, supermarkets, and modern trade outlets.
The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG food products, snacks, dry fruits, or packaged foods.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales in the assigned Delhi territory
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Generate new business opportunities in:
- General Trade
- Modern Trade
- Kiryana Stores
- Dry Fruit Markets
- Healthy Snack Retailers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and retailer meetings
- Ensure product visibility and placement at retail outlets
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Collect market feedback and customer insights
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts
- Support promotional and sampling activities in the market
Preferred Market Exposure
Candidates having experience in any of the following markets will be preferred:
- Khari Baoli
- Karol Bagh
- Sadar Bazaar
- Azadpur
- Delhi NCR FMCG distribution network
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of FMCG distribution and retail sales
- Ability to build dealer/distributor relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of healthy snacks / dry fruits market is an advantage
- Basic reporting and Excel skills
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred but not mandatory
