The Content Analyst is required to source and maintain Commodities Content from several sources. Also need to monitor and validate the data and raise suspects on a proactive manner. Required to work on Eikon and DataScope suite of products and also on IDN (Real Time) and NDA (Time Series). Good understanding of futures and forward markets. This role is required to have good communication skills, along with ability to engage with stakeholders, project management team. This role requires the analysts to work on all shifts (including night shifts) and be flexible for weekend work (if required), which could be mandatory.
The Content Analyst is also required to have the below skill sets:
Working knowledge on Excel and other MS Office products.
Good communication skills (Verbal and written)
Market knowledge on Commodities and Energy markets.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for producing new content & signing off on the Daily production Task Sheets and Handovers between Shifts.
- Ensure the key MOWs of the process are up to date.
Working closely with Business Analyst and Product Management and other work-related groups.
Resolving client queries for the Team. Training and Mentoring Junior member to resolve queries, build stakeholder relationship.
Contract creation on Products for Data Updates.
Historical data Maintenance, addition of data and checks required for validation on database.
Manage Content related incidents, recovery and represent on IRT, ICC calls for the content.
Responsible for making development out of coverage On-Call decisions and Escalations.
Responsible for training TCA/ACA
Work with team leaders and other senior members to achieve gaps in skills metrics.
Achieve and help maintain targets as the per the quality metrics for process improvement.
Deliver on innovation & automations targets.
Support the Process Excellence on content quality improvement projects by working on the Green Belt Projects.

Required Skills:
Good to have market knowledge of Commodities content.- Effectively communicate both internally & externally.
- Understanding of Financial Markets Analytical and detail oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory, such as Microsoft Office.
Additional Information:
To work in monthly rotational shifts (including night Shift).- An added advantage to have already knowledge on Commodities data set.
- Prior experience in Stake holder management and engagement with Business.
Desired Skills:
Post-Graduation, Knowledge of financial Markets, and knowledge of Macros.
