We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Incharge to manage and maintain all technology infrastructure across our organization. You will be the go-to person for all IT-related operations — from hardware and software support to network management and cybersecurity — ensuring smooth and uninterrupted day-to-day functioning.
Key responsibilities
1)Manage and maintain all IT hardware — computers, printers, servers, networking equipment, and peripherals Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
2)Ensure data security through antivirus management, firewall configuration, and regular system backupsProvide first-level technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for staffInstall, configure, update, and license software applications across all departmentsMaintain inventory and service records for all IT assets.
3) Cordinate with parents and maintain school ERP applications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field2+ years of experience in school IT support or system administrationStrong knowledge of Windows OS, and Active DirectoryHands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and CCTV/biometric systemsFamiliarity with ERP software, cloud platforms, and data backup solutionGood communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
