About the Role
We are looking for finance and accounting professionals who have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, taxation, and business operations, and are interested in building a career in ERP Functional Consulting.
As an Odoo ERP Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure Odoo ERP solutions, conduct user training, and support successful ERP implementations. Functional consultants act as the bridge between business users and the technical development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes related to Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Operations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Map business workflows to Odoo ERP functionalities.
- Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules, especially Accounting and Finance.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), SOPs, and User Manuals.
- Conduct user training and support end-user adoption.
- Perform functional testing, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
- Work closely with the development team for customizations and enhancements.
- Provide post-implementation support and process improvement recommendations.
- Assist clients in optimizing business processes through ERP best practices.

- Prior experience in consulting, audit, accounts, finance, or business process management is an added advantage.
