We leverage cutting-edge B2B platforms to automate our workflows, protect high profit margins, and deliver instant, high-converting visual itineraries to our clients. We are building a lean, elite 3-person core workforce, and we are looking for a back end mastermind to head our operations.
The Role (What You Will Do Daily):
As our Operations Manager (Ops Master), you will own the entire backend execution of our international departures. You will work side-by-side with our Sales Specialist to turn raw client dreams into highly profitable, seamless realities.
- B2B Portal Execution: Confidently navigate and manage real-time sourcing platforms like Travsie, TBO Holidays, Bedsonline, and other global aggregators.
- Itinerary Building & Pricing: Source wholesale net rates for complex land packages (hotels, transfers, activities, and flights), apply our designated profit margins, and structure precise costings.
- Supplier & DMC Management: Communicate directly with overseas Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to negotiate rates, customize local tours, and secure booking guarantees.
- Visa & Compliance: Own the end-to-end document verification for international e-visas, passport validities, and international travel insurance.
- Client Experience Protection: Act as the ultimate safety net for our travelers, handling any real-time overseas flight delays or supplier crises efficiently.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- 3+ Years Experience: Proven track record running international outbound tourism operations (candidates with domestic-only experience will not be considered).
- Tech-Savvy Operator: Hands-on experience with modern B2B travel portals and digital itinerary tools
- Strong DMC Network: Pre-existing relationships with local ground handlers in major outbound hubs (Southeast Asia, UAE, Maldives, Europe).
- Crisis Readiness: A calm under pressure mindset, capable of solving international flight or hotel billing glitches instantly.
- Detail-Oriented: Letter-for-letter precision when verifying passport data and flight routes.
