Primary Requirement:
- Excellent command over written and spoken English.
- Ability to draft professional emails independently.
- Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Capable of handling international customer correspondence and follow-ups.
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and sales orders.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely execution of orders.
- Handle email communication with domestic and international customers.
- Maintain sales MIS reports and order tracking records.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and presentations.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
