Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities for nursery, junior KG, and senior KG students.
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment.
- Develop children's basic language, numeracy, social, and motor skills.
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, rhymes, games, and hands-on activities.
- Monitor and assess students' progress regularly.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
Requirements:
- Graduate with D.Ed., ECCEd., NTT, Montessori Training, or relevant qualification.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Prior teaching experience preferred.
