Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement
- Welcome and approach customers visiting the promotional counter.
- Explain the features, benefits, and varieties of tea products.
- Conduct tea sampling and product demonstrations.
- Encourage customers to purchase products and achieve sales targets.
- Answer customer queries regarding tea quality, ingredients, brewing methods, and pricing.
Product Promotion
- Promote new tea variants, offers, and discount schemes.
- Create awareness about the brand and its products.
- Distribute promotional materials and brochures.
Counter Management
- Ensure attractive display and merchandising of tea products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the promotional stall.
- Monitor stock availability and inform supervisors about replenishment requirements.
- Arrange products according to company standards.
Reporting
- Maintain daily sales records and customer feedback.
- Submit daily activity and sales reports to the supervisor.
- Report competitor activities and customer preferences.
Customer Service
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customer.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
