Job Title:- MIS Executive / Reporting Analyst
Job Summary:--
We are looking for an MIS Executive / Reporting Analyst to manage business reports, analyze operational and inventory data, and support management with accurate and timely MIS reporting. The candidate will work closely with departments such as Manufacturing, Planning, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
2. Generate reports related to diamond inventory, production, sales, purchase, and stock movement.
3. Monitor KPIs and prepare performance dashboards for management.
4. Extract, validate, and analyze data from ERP systems and databases.
5. Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely report delivery.
6. Create and automate reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and verify business data.
8. Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
9. Support management with ad hoc reports and business analysis.
10. Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
Required Skills:-
1. Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF, Power Query, Charts).
2. SQL for data extraction and reporting.
3. Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
7. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:-
1. Experience with ERP software used in the diamond or manufacturing industry.
2. Knowledge of diamond manufacturing processes, inventory management, and stock tracking.
3. Familiarity with production planning and operational reporting.
Qualifications:-
1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis (diamond industry experience preferred).
