Job Summary
Golden Abodes is looking for a customer-focused Post-Sales Executive to manage the customer journey from booking confirmation through possession. The role involves customer communication, documentation, payment coordination, loan assistance, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding and post-booking communication.
- Coordinate KYC, agreements, registrations, and customer documentation.
- Follow up on payment schedules, collections, and coordinate with Accounts.
- Assist customers with home loan documentation and banking processes.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints by coordinating with internal teams.
- Coordinate possession, handover formalities, and customer inspections.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare MIS reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Post Sales, CRM, Customer Service, or Collections, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM software.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
