We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure project objectives are met.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.

Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Ensure that project tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review project progress and address any concerns.

Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and resource planning.

Support project managers in managing project risks, issues, and changes.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Maintain project management tools and systems for tracking project status and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.

Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials.

Experience working in the IT industry.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Experience with risk management and quality assurance control.
