About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Technical Support) to provide prompt and effective assistance to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless support experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support to customers via email, chat, and virtual meetings.
- Assist customers with product setup, onboarding, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot product, integration, and configuration-related issues.
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely resolutions aligned with business processes.
- Identify and differentiate between configuration issues, user errors, and product defects, and escalate issues with proper documentation when required.
- Handle customer queries related to subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, cancellations, and billing.
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines while managing multiple customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on integrations, automation workflows, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON, Postman, SaaS applications, and automation workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
- Ability to confidently handle customer interactions independently.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Product Support, SaaS Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
