Course Promotion and Sales
- Promote and sell LeapUp’s online courses to prospective students.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Inside Sales Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective students.
- Conduct counselling sessions via phone calls and Zoom to explain course offerings and address queries.
- Provide customized course recommendations based on students' career goals and interests.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and record sales activities.
- Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout the enrollment process.
- Ensure a positive student experience during the admission journey.
Market Research and Insights
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings in the EduTech space.
- Collect feedback from students and prospects to support product improvement and marketing initiatives.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
