Hiring: Outbound Sales Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and B2B Outbound Sales, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using the company-provided lead database.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calling and prospecting.
- Identify client requirements and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture business opportunities and maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment-setting, and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and business growth.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or IT Sales.
- Strong experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools; knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work the Night Shift .

Pay: ₹12,154.92 - ₹53,707.39 per month
