Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete procurement lifecycle – sourcing, negotiation, PO/LPO issuance, GRN coordination & supplier payments
- Develop and manage local & international vendor networks
- Handle procurement for construction materials, civil works, MEP, and filling station infrastructure
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
- Coordinate closely with Finance, Operations & Project teams
- Conduct market analysis, cost benchmarking & supplier evaluation
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and documentation standards
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
✔ 2+ years of procurement experience
✔ Strong exposure to construction and infrastructure procurement preferred
✔ Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, Procurement Trackers, Cost Analysis)
✔ Professional certifications like CIPS/CPSM will be an added advantage
