About the Role
Vision School of Aviation is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Commerce Faculty to join our Calicut Centre. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Commerce and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom sessions in Commerce subjects, including:
- Financial Accounting
- Business Studies
- Economics
- Banking & Finance
- Cost & Management Accounting
- Business Law (basic level)
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
- Maintain attendance records, academic reports, and student progress.
- Support curriculum planning and academic development activities.
- Participate in orientation programmes, seminars, workshops, and institutional events.
- Coordinate with the Academic Head and Centre Manager to ensure smooth academic operations.
Qualifications
- B. Com or M.Com / MBA
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in colleges or educational institutions preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong subject knowledge in Commerce.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
