Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements and site survey details.
Create and process Sales Orders (SO) accurately in the ERP/CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements, pricing, and order status.
Follow up with customers for quotation approvals, purchase orders, and payments.
Coordinate with procurement, stores, and project teams for material availability and dispatch.
Maintain records of quotations, sales orders, invoices, and customer documents.
Prepare project-related documents and work orders for execution teams.
Track project progress and update customers on order and installation status.
Assist in preparing reports related to sales, pending quotations, order status, and project completion.
Ensure all customer and project documentation is properly maintained and updated.
Support billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up activities.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates regarding products and services.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
