We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Delight Executive (CDE) to manage customer interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout their service and sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, calls, and follow-ups professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and support.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer handling.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain records.
- Assist customers regarding appointments, deliveries, and service updates.
- Maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both may apply.
- Minimum 12th Pass.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
