Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds
- Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health management
- Coordinate with the medical team for smooth patient care delivery
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Nursing
- Prior hospital/clinical experience preferred (freshers may also apply)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
