Job Description:
- Design the user interfaces of company's software applications (Desktop, Web & Mobile) with major focus on usability, functionality and aesthetics.
- Update and refine existing designs as per requirements.
- Conceptualize and create visual designs, graphics and layouts in coordination with software architects and working closely with developers, product managers, to align design with business goals.
- Design and maintain the websites of the company and its clients.
- Design assets for websites, including icons, banners, illustrations, and other visual elements.
- Prepare internal company documents like organigrams etc.
- Designing print materials such as brochures, posters, business cards etc.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the high quality for the printing materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Corel Draw, Figma etc.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (a plus).
Qualifications:
- BE/BTECH/PGs (Computer Science/IT background will be preferred)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
