Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Telecaller Interns to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with customers, promoting products and offers, collecting customer feedback, and supporting sales initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, and communication within a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote LILO products and offers.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, promotions, and special campaigns.
- Assist in selling promotional and near-expiry products through telephone communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the concerned teams.
- Support customer retention and repeat-order initiatives.
- Coordinate with Customer Support, Operations, and Sales teams as required.
- Achieve daily call and engagement targets assigned by the team lead.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and students looking for internship opportunities are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Candidates from Trivandrum are preferred.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an added advantage.
