Position - Customer Care Executive
Location: City Light Area, the Lenora, Surat
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview
We are looking for a polite, confident, and customer-friendly Telecaller for a matrimonial services company. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional approach to handle client interactions and generate leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries
- Explain matrimonial services and membership packages to potential clients
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into clients
- Assist customers in profile creation and matchmaking process
- Maintain and update customer database regularly
- Maintain daily call records and reports
- Build and maintain good client relationships
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite and professional behavior
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling/Voice process service preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Additional Requirements
- Candidate should be comfortable working in City Light, Surat
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
