- Pipeline & Lead Management: Oversee the CRM database, track customer interactions, manage lead distribution, and ensure outbound calling or email campaigns are executed properly. [1, 2, 3]
- Sales Conversions: Meet or exceed daily productivity goals, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue obtainment. [1]
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Bridge sales, marketing, and operations to align CRM efforts with organizational business goals. [1, 2, 3]
- Data Governance & Reporting: Maintain CRM data accuracy through regular audits, deduplication, and the generation of performance dashboards for senior leadership. [1, 2, 3]
- Training & Support: Provide system administration, user access management, and internal team training on CRM best practices and workflow optimization.
