We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Tele caller Executive with mandatory hospital/healthcare experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound patient calls, scheduling appointments, resolving patient queries, coordinating with hospital departments, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Book, reschedule, confirm, and cancel doctor appointments.
- Provide accurate information regarding doctors, departments, hospital services, timings, and health packages.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing stations, billing, diagnostics, and other departments.
- Follow up with patients for appointments, investigations, surgeries, and health check-ups.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Intermediate / Any Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Hospital or Healthcare Call Center (Mandatory).
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in hospitals, multi-specialty hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare organizations.
- Positive attitude with empathy towards patients.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
