Job Description – Clinic IN charge cum Counselor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Counsel patients about treatments and services.
- Handle patient registration, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
- Maintain patient records and daily reports.
- Ensure a high-quality patient experience and achieve conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in clinic operations or patient counseling.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
