Adalwin Commerce LLP is a Pune-based B2B corporate gifting, procurement and supplies company serving MNCs and SEZ enterprises. Our clients include BMC Software, Citco, Addepar and Nexus Malls. We are hiring two driven Business Development Executives to win new corporate accounts across Pune's IT parks and SEZs. We welcome both experienced field-sales professionals and promising freshers.
This is a field hunter role. Your job is to identify, approach, meet and convert new corporate clients, building relationships with HR, Admin and Procurement leaders and closing multi-lakh gifting contracts.
What you will do:
Identify and cold-approach target companies in Pune's IT parks, SEZs and commercial corridors. Set up and run in-person meetings with HR, Admin and Procurement decision-makers. Present Adalwin's catalogue and value proposition and convert leads into first orders. Maintain a weekly CRM pipeline and report meetings, proposals and revenue. Nurture accounts post-sale for repeat and referral business.
What we are looking for:
Presentable and well-spoken, with good communication in English plus Hindi or Marathi. Genuine interest in sales and client-facing work; confident, self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision. 0-3 years of experience; freshers with a sales internship and experienced B2B field-sales candidates are both encouraged to apply. Familiarity with Pune's corporate geography (Kharadi, Hinjewadi, Baner, Magarpatta, Viman Nagar) is a plus. Comfortable with daily fieldwork; ideally owns a two-wheeler.
What you get:
