Gogaga Holidays is a premier travel brand. We are expanding our footprint and looking for dynamic sales professionals to join us in Hyderabad as Franchise Recruitment Managers. If you excel at high-ticket sales, investor relationships, and have a target-driven mindset, we want to talk to you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Calling & Conversion
- Make outbound calls to company-provided, warm franchise leads.
- Effectively pitch the Gogaga Holidays franchise business model, investment requirements, and ROI potential.
- Evaluate investor intent, financial capability, and address objections to close deals.
- Conduct virtual (online) or face-to-face business presentations when required.
2. Sales & Target Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly franchise acquisition targets.
- Actively manage follow-ups to maximize lead-to-partner conversion rates.
- Track lead progress, update the CRM, and submit daily/weekly performance reports.
3. Relationship Management
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with potential investors.
- Seamlessly guide selected prospects through the onboarding and contracting process.
- Ensure a smooth transition and handover to our internal operations team post-closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English are Mandatory
- Experience: 2+ years of proven success in franchise sales, high-ticket B2B sales, business development, or high-value tele-sales.
- Key Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to confidently pitch to business investors.
- Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry (Plus): Prior experience in the travel/tourism industry is a strong advantage.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Fixed Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month.
