Associate Director – Outreach & Marketing
Location: Dehradun / Delhi NCR
Experience: 10–15 Years (Minimum)
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the overall outreach and marketing strategy for SankalpTaru and ST Planet, ensuring powerful brand positioning and global visibility.
- Conceptualize, strategize, and execute large-scale, nationwide campaigns with high public engagement, emotional resonance, and significant social impact.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles—from creative strategy, storytelling, and content direction to execution, monitoring, and optimization.
- Build and strengthen the brand identity of SankalpTaru through integrated marketing, multi-channel communication, and consistent messaging.
- Drive high-impact digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground marketing initiatives to amplify awareness around climate action, sustainability, and community development.
- Design campaigns that mobilize large audiences, shape public opinion, and drive measurable engagement across regions.
- Oversee creative development with in-house and external teams—video, design, PR, social media, content, and media buying.
- Lead communication and branding for marquee events like ST Next, Haritarang, global donor summits, and partnerships with corporates and governments.
- Develop global storytelling and outreach frameworks aligned with ST Planet’s international expansion and donor engagement strategy.
- Manage relationships with media houses, PR firms, influencers, and communication agencies.
- Collaborate with leadership and program heads to highlight initiatives like Mission H2O, ForeSTation™, IoTree™, Beejyaan, ST MOVE, Green Gram, and others.
- Use data-driven insights and analytics to track campaign performance and continuously improve outcomes.
- Ensure brand alignment and powerful representation across geographies, including India, the U.S., and future markets.
- Represent SankalpTaru at global platforms, conferences, and partner events as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, Communications, Strategy, or allied fields from a premier business school (preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, or digital strategy — with strong MNC experience.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, high-visibility campaigns with mass participation and measurable social/brand impact.
- Strong background in integrated marketing, brand architecture, campaign design, and creative direction.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, agencies, timelines, and large budgets.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
- Global exposure or experience working with international audiences is highly desirable.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Deep interest in sustainability, environment, climate communication, and purpose-driven branding.
