Sectors : we are seeking people from FMCG, Retail ,Franchise , Channel sales , DIstribution sales , Infra / construction material , supply chain or logistics , fintech merchant onboarding.
This role focuses on expanding the brand footprint and managing the end-to-end franchise sales pipeline.The Area Sales Manager drives business growth by identifying, evaluating, and closing agreements with prospective franchise partners.
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential franchise partners through networking, cold outreach, and marketing campaigns.
- Pipeline Management: Guide prospects through the entire sales funnel from initial contact to contract signing.
- Pitching: Present the brand value proposition, business model, and financial projections to candidates.
- Market Analysis: Research and identify high-potential territories for expansion.
Evaluation & Due Diligence
- Partner Screening: Assess candidate profiles, financial capability, and business background.
- Site Evaluation: Assist prospects in identifying and evaluating viable commercial locations.
- Financial Review: Verify financial references and background checks of potential investors.
Negotiation & Closing
- Deal Structuring: Negotiate commercial terms, territory rights, and franchise fees.
- Legal Compliance: Coordinate with legal teams to prepare and execute Franchise Agreements and Disclosure Documents.
- Onboarding Handover: Transition new partners smoothly to the franchise operations team.
