About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with a strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and project management. The candidate will collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver innovative and high-quality architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development from concept to completion.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction.
- Review material selections, specifications, and design standards.
- Mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Participate in client presentations and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 8–10 years of professional architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and building regulations.
- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Excellent design, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with BIM workflows and sustainable design practices.
- Knowledge of project coordination and contract administration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
