Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track critical spares, and initiate timely purchase requisitions (PR) to avoid stockouts.
- Material Management: Handle the receipt, physical verification, and quality inspection of incoming engineering goods. Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Issuance & Dispatch: Issue materials and consumables to maintenance and utility teams based on authorized indents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of inward/outward movements, bin cards, and stock ledgers using ERP/SAP systems.
- Audits & Compliance: Conduct physical inventory audits and ensure storage areas comply with health, safety, and quality standards (e.g., GMP)
Pay: ₹222,930.16 - ₹450,076.57 per year
