About the Role
AirHomestays is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing hospitality team in Karnal. If you are passionate about travel, real estate, and building strong brand partnerships, this is the role for you. You will be the face of our brand, helping us expand our network of unique stays and ensuring high occupancy rates across our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new high-quality homestays, villas, and farmhouses to the AirHomestays platform.
- Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, field visits, and social media to reach potential property owners and corporate clients.
- Marketing Strategy: Assist in creating local marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness in the region.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing hosts and corporate partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly targets for property listings and booking revenue.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on hospitality trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, or Travel is a major plus).
- Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and handle field-based tasks.
