Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, clear-speaking, and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential customers/students, handling outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, provide detailed information about our offerings, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate contact with prospective clients/leads via phone calls to introduce our services, courses, or products.
Lead Counseling & Conversion: Guide prospects through available options, answer queries professionally, and convert inquiries into active registrations or sales.
Database Management: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all interactions, feedback, and next-step actions in the lead management system or Excel sheets.
Follow-ups: Schedule and execute timely follow-up calls with hesitant or warm leads to build relationships and close deals.
Feedback Loop: Collect and share prospective client feedback with the team to help optimize marketing strategies and offerings.
Skills: Active listening and persuasive communication skills. Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude when handling objections. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
