Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective software designs.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and integration techniques in ServiceNow environments.
